Mk3 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the mk3 platform ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mk3 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the mk3 platform. mk3 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Creation & Security

To access mk3's full range of services, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. mk3 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use mk3's services. This platform is not intended for minors.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users agree to use the mk3 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
• Attempting to influence betting outcomes through dishonest means or fraud.
• Sharing your account or allowing another party to access it.
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Engaging in any activity that could compromise the security or integrity of mk3's systems.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and mk3 reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the mk3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). mk3 supports a variety of local payment methods, including DuitNow, GrabPay, and bank transfers via FPX. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name.

Mk3 is not liable for any delays in transaction processing caused by third-party factors such as banks or payment service providers. Deposits that have been successfully credited cannot be reversed once confirmed by the system. All withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the current policy stated in your account section.

Mk3 reserves the right to freeze or place a hold on transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity, pending further investigation. Users are required to provide full cooperation in any such investigation.

Liability Limits & Account Policies

The mk3 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. mk3 makes no guarantees or warranties that the platform will always be accessible without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses. mk3 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.

Account Suspension: mk3 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account for investigation purposes if suspicious activity or a breach of these Terms is detected. A temporary suspension does not entitle the user to claim any compensation.

Account Closure: mk3 reserves the right to permanently close a user's account if the user is found to have committed fraud, repeatedly violated these Terms, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Any balance remaining in an account closed due to fraud will not be refunded.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law

Intellectual Property: All content on the mk3 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of mk3 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written permission from mk3.

Third-Party Links: The mk3 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites. mk3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to an appropriate resolution body.
